Delivery model

Our trainers are experienced professionals who remain active in their fields, bringing current, real-world expertise to every programme. We work closely with line managers to shape the in-work elements of apprenticeships, ensuring maximum impact.

Learning is delivered through regular live online seminars in small groups, supported by round tables, expert 1-2-1 coaching, and pastoral care. This approach blends hands-on knowledge with everyday workplace skills so apprentices are able to perform in their roles from day one and continue to grow over time.
