Careers and Employability
We have been an established provider of skills, employability, and careers services for 30 years. We offer the IEP/NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Employability Practice and careers advice services for schools. Our sister brand, Progress Minded, assesses the Level 4 Employability Practitioner and Level 6 Career Development Professional apprenticeships. Managing Director Richard Goodwin previously chaired the Careers Trailblazer.
The new professional standard for employability professionals, the Institute of Employability Professionals Certificate in Employability Practice, will equip you with the competencies needed to provide high-quality, professional employability services.
We work with students, their parents, and the broader community, offering a range of career solutions for schools and colleges. Our CEIAG practitioners are qualified to Level 6 and above, with experience in providing exceptional, impartial careers guidance.
