Utilising revolutionary 100% virtual experiential learning, with gamification, interactive webinars and bite-size multimedia e-learning content, it’s like a mini-MBA, and enables participants to put their learning into practice from day one.

For graduates and entry level managers
Looking to make a successful transition into the modern workplace
Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3 | 17 months

For managers and more senior experienced team leaders
Looking to hone their people and commercial skills
Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship Level 5 | 19 months

Programme Delivery

There is a seriously high level of personalisation, with 1-2-1 executive coaching via Zoom and Teams as well as interactive webinars and immersive digital simulations, developed by institutions such as Harvard and Wharton and used by the likes of Google and MI6.
