This exciting 18-month Transformational Leadership Programme focuses on equipping your entry-level, graduate, junior and middle managers with the advanced interpersonal skills, mindset and behaviours they need to become the great leaders of the future and agents of transformation for your organisation.

Transformational Leadership is offered in partnership with our partners at the innovative Future Talent Learning. Utilising revolutionary 100% virtual experiential learning, with gamification, interactive webinars and bite-sized multimedia e-learning content, it’s like a mini-MBA and enables participants to put their learning into practice from day one.

There are two core versions:

For graduates and entry level managers

Looking to make a successful transition into the modern workplace
Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3 | 17 months

For managers and more senior experienced team leaders

Looking to hone their people and commercial skills
Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship Level 5 | 19 months

Programme Delivery

There is a high level of personalisation, with 1-2-1 executive coaching via Zoom and Teams, as well as interactive webinars and immersive digital simulations developed by institutions such as Harvard and Wharton and used by the likes of Google and MI6.

Online learning events are led by organisations such as RADA Business, and your junior and middle managers will never forget their experience. These events are supplemented by access to high-quality resources from the world’s leading business schools.
