The apprenticeship is a 15-18 month course and is designed to familiarise the responsibilities of the role and how to support/engage with different parts of the organisation both internally and externally.

There are a strong mixture of Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours that will need to be inherited by the learner. The business administrator is also expected to show initiative, managing priorities and own time, problem-solving skills, decision-making and the potential for
people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others.
