Business Administrators develop, implement, maintain and improve administrative services. They may work independently or as part of a team.
The apprenticeship is designed to familiarise the learner with the responsibilities of the role and how to support/engage with different parts of the organisation both internally and externally.
The business administrator is also expected to show initiative, managing priorities and own time, problem-solving skills, decision-making and the potential for people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others. All of which will be developed during the apprenticeship.
During the apprenticeship, they will develop key skills and behaviours to support their progression towards management responsibilities.
