Bid & Proposal Co-ordinator Apprenticeship Level 3

The role of bid and proposal professionals is integral to winning work. Sometimes it is a separate job/discrete role, and sometimes it is rolled into another function. The role works across various business teams to bring together compelling, customer focused proposals and tender submissions to win business.

The Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) UK has led the development of the apprenticeship as the first comprehensive, structured, formal professional entry mechanism.

Launched only in June 2019 organisations such as Babcock, Balfour Beatty, Whistl, Kuehne & Nagel, T&B, Zumtobel, ABM, Skills Team trust JGA with developing their bid coordinators with the knowledge, skills and behaviours vital for bid teams.

Delivery

The engaging personalised 18/24 month programme, led by a passionate bid professional, is driven by a full skills gap analysis of the candidate and features 10 digitally-led full day workshops blended with high quality coaching and resources.
