JGA Charity of the Year
Help us choose a new charity! Put together a pitch and the winner will receive an initial donation of £2,500 for their charity in 2025.
Like we did for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) last year, The JGA Group would like to select a new charity for which we will raise and donate money in 2025. We want you to help us choose which organisations receive the funds!
We are looking for any registered charity that you either work for or that is close to your heart. All you need to do is put together a pitch explaining what the charity is and why we should choose them. The pitch can take any form you like: a written proposal, a video, a voice note or anything else. Be as creative as you like!
This could also serve as evidence for your portfolio and count towards off-the-job training time, particularly for KSBs related to drafting and creating content, pitching and communication.
To enter:
- Send your submissions to Leigh Torrance by 14th February. They will be put to our judging panel with winners announced by 28th February. The winner will receive an initial donation of £2,500 for their charity. We will also make a donation to second place for £1,500 and third place for £1,000.
- Your pitch can take any form, however, video or audio submission should be no longer than 4 minutes and written or documented submissions should be no more than 2 A4 pages.
- Nominated charities must be registered with the charity commission.
All current learners are welcome to participate. We look forward to receiving your submissions!
