Example: Proofreading drafts, enhancing clarity.

Always credit AI tools when used for research, drafting, or editing.

Example: Mention AI assistance in a dedicated reference section.

Don’t

Submitting AI-generated content without personal input or modification is misuse.

Example: Using AI to write entire essays or paragraphs.

AI should not be used for tasks being directly assessed, like structuring an essay when structure is a core criterion.

Example: Letting AI design an essay or solve a problem in your place.

Misusing AI can lead to penalties such as resubmissions or disqualification. Ensure the final work remains your own.
