The JGA Group has a strong track developing NHS and ambulance services’ staff. Presently working with over 40 NHS bodies, our range of communication and transformation apprenticeships build the knowledge, skills and behaviours to plan and deliver campaigns, engage with stakeholders and citizens and evaluate impact through a range of channels.
We are the NHS’s official training provider for the Level 7 Health and Care Intelligence Specialist apprenticeship, NHS Project Management profession’s provider of choice for Systems Thinking, the country’s first provider of Service Designer and the market leader in communication assistant and other standards.
We are a Queen’s Award-winning training provider and pride ourselves on high-quality and inclusive programmes. Organisations choose us because our coaches and tutors are not just teachers; they are industry professionals with current, extensive experience—experience which they regularly draw upon to support, challenge and benefit apprentices. It works. Achievement rates are well above the national average and nearly two-thirds of completions are graded distinction!
Our Apprenticeships
Programmes require learners to identify opportunities to improve delivery and performance within their business and to propose thoughtful recommendations. Each module is tailored to the particular needs of the apprentice’s organisation, so the learner, employer and line manager all reap benefits from day one.
We work with professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Sales Professionals to align courses with current and future best practices.
Delivery Model
JGA’s approach is for a regular full-day or half-day seminars delivered live online to small groups, supplemented by round tables, expert coaching and pastoral support.
Our team are skilled professionals in their fields who often continue to work within their specialism.
We work closely with line managers to plan and organise in-work aspects of apprenticeships to ensure high impact.

It [the apprenticeship] fitted everything I wanted to do. It’s about how you work as a wider system, it’s about different strategies, different approaches. It’s about getting the best out of things for the most people and it really does have that different lens. It’s thinking about things from different systems points of view.
