Mood Boost Mondays

Update: Mood Boost Mondays will be continuing from Monday 16 Sept for 6 weeks – from 9.15 to 09.30.

At JGA we are always keen to support your wellbeing and mental health. So we would like to invite you to our 6 week Mood Boost Mondays programme.

Starting on Monday 22nd July at 9am and then every Monday morning for 5 more weeks, our very own Kat Knights, qualified Pilates and fitness instructor, will hold a 15 minute wellbeing session. It will consist of breathing exercises, guided meditation or directed relaxation techniques to help you prepare to face the new working week.

These sessions are in support of our charity of the year, CALM, who are the leading movement against suicide and work nationally to support those in need.
