Content Creator Apprenticeship Level 3

This engaging personalised programme, ideal for entry-level team members is led by a passionate content creator. By the end, the apprentice will be able to competently develop and create content that can be used across a variety of media including digital, social media, video, broadcast or in print.

The apprentice will understand how to work to a customer brief, research, prepare and develop messaging to maximise audience engagement, whilst capturing the strategy and objectives of the brand and needs of the customer they are representing.

This apprenticeship is popular with the creative teams of large organisations, government, creative agencies and the media sector. We are delighted that JGA’s clients for this apprenticeship range from giant housing charity Peabody Trust to specialist video production experts Ginger Video.

The JGA Content Creator Apprenticeship uses the Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship Standard.


The apprenticeship is delivered over 15 months. Learning is driven by a full skills gap analysis and features a digitally led blend of workshops, high quality coaching from a content production expert and learning resources to develop effective junior team members.

In fact “Apprentices…particularly appreciate being taught by experts who help to bring their subjects to life and make them relevant to their own workplace” (Ofsted 2019).

Each apprentice will complete a unique and meaningful Business Improvement Challenge and receive career planning support from experts.

All teaching is presently delivered remotely and there is an active programme of starts despite Covid-19. We deliver nationally.
