Your e-portfolio: OneFile

We use OneFile as our e-portfolio system. It is where assignments are set, work is submitted and off-the-job training hours are logged. This page is designed to help you with any OneFile related enquiries.

Support for line managers

Apprentice Line Managers also have access to OneFile to check progress and sign review forms.

As part of your apprenticeship, you will need to complete the JGA Safeguarding for Learners Course. This has 3 modules and covers:

• Module 1: What Safeguarding Means and the Role You Play
• Module 2: Prevent & Radicalisation, and British Values Training
• Module 3: Staying Safe Online

The course is accessed in the online learning area of OneFile (Courses in the navigation menu). Part of the Prevent training is on the .gov.uk website and you will upload certificates from that site to confirm you completed that element of the course.

This is shown as a separate learning aim on OneFile and an assessment plan will be assigned to you with full instructions of what’s needed.
