Your E-Portfolio: OneFile

We use OneFile as our e-portfolio system. It is where assignments are set, work is submitted and off-the-job training hours are logged. This page is designed to help you with any OneFile related enquiries.

As part of your enrolment process for your apprenticeship, we require you to complete the JGA Safeguarding – ETF Learners Side-by-Side courses. Side by Side is a Prevent resource for learners from the Education and Training Foundation.

The modules will cover:

1. Radicalisation and Extremism
2. Staying Safe Online
3. What can you trust?
4. British Values

When you have completed all four modules in the course, you will then be able to download your certificates. Please attach ALL FOUR certificates to this task and then submit. Once a member of the JGA Staff checks your certificates, your task will be then signed off and shown as complete. Your learning aim JGA Safeguarding within your portfolio will then appear as 100% completed.

You will be required to complete the module and assessment for the topic in order for you to unlock your achieved certificate. When you have achieved all four modules mentioned below. When you have achieved all four modules mentioned below, please download your certificates and attach them to the JGA Safeguarding task that can be found within your OneFile portfolio. Please ensure you only complete the final sign off and submission once all FOUR certificates have been attached.
