Careers Provision for Schools and Colleges
We work with students, their parents, and the broader community offering careers solutions for schools and colleges and helping them to reach the Gatsby Benchmarks.
Our primary focus is on Gatsby Benchmark 8: Personal Guidance, but we can also work with careers leaders to organise:
- Individual Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG)
- Group sessions, part of a progression programme through each Key Stage
- Careers information events and job fairs for students and parents/carers
- Bespoke programme for students with potential disengagement issues
- Keep-on-Track re-engagement programmes
- Employability programmes
- Positive Engagement programmes and specialist and targeted youth support services
Our CEIAG practitioners are qualified to Level 6+ and have diverse experience, providing exceptional impartial careers guidance in aspirational schools and community centres.
At JGA, we aim to support schools to raise student aspirations and equip them with the tools and expertise to assess their own values and interests, enabling them to achieve the life they deserve. We operate with integrity, offering flexibility, enthusiasm and competitive pricing.
In the words of Ofsted
“Learners and apprentices benefit from an extensive range of high-quality additional resources to broaden their skills and knowledge. These include a well-resourced online learning zone… As a result, they widen their knowledge and clearly understand the career opportunities available to them and how to progress to their next steps.” – Ofsted 2025
