Mayor’s Skills Academies Quality Mark

Yay! the Mayor of London likes us. The JGA Group is the most recent recipient of the Mayor’s Skills Academies Quality Mark for the creative sector. This is one of only six core sectors for this quality certification.

The Mark identifies and recognises high-quality skills training providers in London. It sets a high bar for skills training in London that responds to the needs of sectors key to London’s recovery.

We join our esteemed colleagues at Barnet & Southgate and Harrow, Richmond & Uxbridge College Groups as the only West London institutions to hold the mark.

Our creative provision particularly focuses around the film and television sectors. We run the West London Skills Hub and courses focused on training Londoners for great jobs in the industry.

We also offer training for stewards and security supervisors in live event production (often at well-known sporting venues such as Lords and Wembley) and are delighted to often work with organisations such as the National Youth Theatre, Film London, MAMA Youth Project and employers such as the BBC Studios, Lupus Films, Garden Studios, Renaissance Studios and TCA Productions.
