There’s so much going on!

• Receiving the Queen’s Award for Enterprise (Promoting Opportunity),
• Beginning to celebrate 30 years since The JGA Group was founded in a back bedroom in northwest London,
• Meeting new colleagues and catching up with established members of the team.

Team Forum has been a twice a year tradition since anyone can remember. It is CPD, it is learning about the firm and about our colleagues. On Friday 26th November 60 of us got together for a packed agenda with 5 external speakers and lots of presentations.

Lots of people freely gave their time to make team Forum happen.

I’d like particularly to personally thank our external speakers, especially Elle Melrose for a moving keynote, Richard Meredith for OneFile wisdom, Harriet Patience-Davies for nudging us all to think about our Zoom backdrops, Nandita Lovage for telling us about Film London’s activities and Lee Goulbourne for an amazing tour of Playback Studios games development activities.

Who will ever be able to forget pulling in their pelvic floor muscles to Kat Knight’s Kat Pilates!?

And there was more. In the evening Roxane Zand, Deputy Lieutenant of Camden, formally presented our Queen’s Award for Enterprise (Promoting Opportunity) and Step Free Dance (Jubril Enyoisi) performed a spectacularly athletic piece.

Some of us travelled a very long way, in trying circumstances, so thank you to those who came along, especially Jo Cowin, Nadine Jump, Steve Radford, Kim Watts, Scott Goodacre, Cherie Heaven, Jessica Richards who travelled for many hours to be with us.

We hope it was worth it? Finally, special thanks to Anthony Milner for putting into practice those skills he teaches our Content Creator and Photography apprentices!
