Our diploma in Adult Care offers face to face workshops and flexible learning. It is taught by qualified staff with real experience in a care setting.
Duration: 9 months
Our NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care develops the knowledge and skills you need to be an adult care worker in domiciliary settings. It helps you deal with supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care, daily living needs and health and social care procedures.

Programme Summary
The programme empowers business owners and learners with the knowledge and skills to meet the 13 fundamental standards set by the Care Quality Commission.
Mandatory Units
There are 9 mandatory units

- Promote effective handling of information in care settings
- Promote personal development in care settings
- Promote person-centred approaches in care settings
- Promote equality and inclusion in care settings
- Promote health, safety and wellbeing in care settings
- Responsibilities of a care worker
- Duty of care in care settings
- Safeguarding and protection in care settings
Optional units
Learners select a combination of optional units to gain a further 30 + credits.
Delivery
The course is delivered through 3 hours a week of live, interactive, teaching via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, plus coaching from experts as well as virtual classroom and pre-recorded lessons. All teaching is presently delivered remotely.

- you are a UK resident and have lived in the UK or the EU for the last three years
