We have a strong track record in helping central and local government, NHS, police forces, ambulance services, fire services and other public bodies, including the House of Commons, develop their staff.
It works. Achievement rates are well above the national average and nearly two-thirds of completions are graded distinction!
Delivery model
JGA’s approach involves regular full-day or half-day seminars delivered live online to small groups, supplemented by round tables, expert coaching and pastoral support. Our team comprises skilled professionals in their fields who often continue to work within their specialism.
We work closely with line managers to support the planning and organisation of in-work aspects of apprenticeships, ensuring that the impact is high.
Starting the apprenticeship has been one of the most fulfilling personal development decisions I have ever made. It has opened doors that previously, I would not have had the confidence to knock on, let alone open. It has been a game-changer for me, and I cannot recommend this apprenticeship highly enough.
