Getting to grips with your OneFile e-portfolio can seem daunting. This page is designed to help you with any OneFile related enquiries.

We have put together a guide to answer most of your OneFile Support enquiries and you can now raise support tickets through this page. Please select the option you require below.

Our training video will demonstrate all the key features of OneFile you need to know. Ongoing support will also be provided when it is needed.

As part of your enrolment process for your apprenticeship, we require you to complete the JGA Safeguarding – ETF Learners Side-by-Side courses. Side by Side is a Prevent resource for learners from the Education and Training Foundation.

You will be required to complete the module and assessment for the topic in order for you to unlock your achieved certificate. When you have achieved all four modules mentioned below. When you have achieved all four modules mentioned below, please download your certificates and attach them to the JGA Safeguarding task that can be found within your OneFile portfolio. Please ensure you only complete the final sign off and submission once all FOUR certificates have been attached.
