If you’ve ever dreamed of a career in events and live communication, then you’ve come to the right place. The JGA Group has been working our specialist partners David Preston and Richard John and a cross-section of the events industry to offer the UK’s first Event Management, Event Assistant Apprenticeship.

With our experience in the further education sector, robust infrastructure and specialist background in training for the events sector, we have created a quality apprenticeship provision for Events Assistant Level 3.

The Apprenticeship has a practitioner’s focus on operational, professional and commercial knowledge and skills ranging from the use of tech to planning/budgeting to relationship building and on-site management. Key behaviours learned by Apprentices include prioritisation, time management, pride, tact, and giving and receiving feedback.

The Events Apprenticeship has been adopted by top venues, such as Southbank Centre and Royal Opera House, leading agencies such as First Avenue, RPM and Imagination, Publishers such as Haymarket and Global Data Publications plus organisations which see the value in running exceptional events such as Alzheimers Research UK, the City & Guilds Group and Harrow School.
