Our bid and proposal training programme commences with the Fundamentals of Bidding course, which aims to ensure a clear understanding of the common basics of the bidding profession.
This feeds into specialist training in the key areas:

- Bid Communications– Preparing the Proposal
These courses will equip you with the professional knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in your chosen role within the profession.

Overview of courses
Managing the Bid Process
The Bid Management course is designed for people who are responsible for ensuring the entire opportunity pursuit process is carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible. It is delivered via engaging online training content and a virtual bid room simulation with industry experts.
The course describes the key elements of managing the bid process through the stages of the opportunity pursuit lifecycle. In addition to the knowledge required, it covers the skills and behaviours necessary to successfully manage the people and processes involved to achieve a winning proposal.
Bid Capability – Developing the Proposal
This course is designed for those whose role involves preparing the technical, programme, commercial and financial solutions to meet the defined requirements.
It is focussed on how to develop individual solutions to the requirements set out in the solicitation document and how to combine these into a cohesive proposition that is balanced to produce the highest score.

Bid Communications – Preparing the Proposal
This course is designed for people whose role involves preparing the submission document, including written content, visual content, and production.
It covers the preparation of the submission document, from receipt of the solicitation document through to submission to the evaluator. In addition to the knowledge required, the module covers the skills and behaviours necessary to successfully prepare a compliant, concise and compelling proposal.
