What is Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)?
Information - the first point of contact, including basic help with finding opportunities for learning and work information
Advice - A one-to-one, in-depth explanation of how to find and use information about your chosen career
Guidance - intensive support to help customers explore and understand their options, make choices and take action

How does it work?
Following your enquiry, we will arrange an advice session with a qualified and experienced IAG Advisor. At the end of your session, you will be given a copy of your action plan.

This service is free for certain people. Please contact us to find out if you are eligible. If you are not eligible, a one hour session will cost £60+VAT.
